HelpDesk is available during our regular business hours Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM and a direct line is available for emergencies on weekends and holidays. We assist end users with all computer and interconnect issues, and can be reached by emailing helpdesk@simply.ca which creates a ticket submission.
